Refund Policy - The Basics
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
What to Include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy should include the following elements: the time window for requesting a return; whether the refund will be full or partial; and under what conditions a customer is eligible for a refund. It is also important to clearly state who is responsible for return shipping costs — in our case, the customer — and how long it takes to process refunds once returns are received.
